This is the best place I have rented from out of the 6 places I have rented from. I've been here a year and a half. The management are the best because of their consumer friendly policies. All other places after I've been there for a year, they wanted me to sign another year long lease at an increased price. Here, they kept the same rent and just asked me to give a 60 day notice whenever I want to move. Maintenance is fas and effective. Communication is clear, the community is friendly, quiet, and safe. Our kids often play with neighbor kids. I highly reccomend this place as they aren't looking to rip you off like other places are.

My husband and I have rented from Sulco since 2008 My husband used to live at the same address when he was a teenager and his mom rented. We started dating in the house we currently rent. We have never had a problem with Sulco or ever not had our needs met. Even with strained circumstances like emergencies or snow, there's always a way to contact them and get a response. Sulco is the place for long term renters; if you're in it for the long haul, Sulco is where you wanna be. Tiffany is very responsive and seems to have the tenants best interest in mind.

I've been in my apartment for about a year and it's been very quiet, very peaceful experiance. It was eerie at first not hearing slamming or shouting often from my neighbors, but that has become the new norm. Being able to sit in my living room and just hear the hum of a fan I left on. I've had packages outside literally all-day in plain view of the street and nothing has gone missing yet. I feel like that's a good sign of the "vibes" here.

My wife and I moved to the Claremont Village Apartments in order to start the process of adopting a child (our former apartment wouldn't have passed the necessary inspections.) We love it here! We have a small yard and garden area out front that I have loved cleaning up and turning into a nice little area. The apartment iteself has been well maintained, it was very warm throughout the winter, and we're able to have our cats! The property is quiet day and night, the neighbors have been either friendly or generally keep to themselves, and the fruit trees were awesome in the fall (very delicious apples and pears!)
